Do you ever have those moments when you feel like you're in the middle of a movie? Imagine me in a blue-and-white striped shirt, hair pulled back, perched on a ladder 12 feet in the air, pulling taped artwork off of an old gymnasium wall. Mrs. Callis had left me all alone with some Louis Armstrong blaring from her little stereo. The lights were off, but the sunshine was streaming through the gym's dusty windows. I climbed down to throw away a collection of used making tape and couldn't help but dance a little in the middle of the gym floor. Me and Louis swaying to a swanky blues beat.
I bet Audrey Hepburn never had a moment like that.
