My roommates can attest: I have a serious addiction to peanut butter and honey toast. I eat a slice -- or two -- every single day.
But this isn't your typical peanut butter toast folks. If you want to make it right, you need to use Adams All-Natural Peanut Butter. You know -- the weird kind of peanut butter your grandpa keeps in the fridge? It doesn't have any added sugar, which means it's a little bland. But I like it that way. Regular peanut butter with honey is just too sweet.
So forget the Skippy and go au naturale.
I promise you won't be disappointed.
P.S. I find this post somewhat ironic since
I absolutely hated PB & honey sandwiches as a kid.
Funny transformations take place as you grow up.

Good to know. I pretty much live for peanut butter and honey, so I may need to try out this fantastic peanut butter of which you speak.
I agree with you on all accounts!
PB and honey is comfort food. You must be very comfortable! I also really love the Almond Butter that is healthier and tastes wonderful!
Emma! I just discovered your blog via Mal's blog! And yes, you do love your peanut-butter-honey toast!
